Hypnotherapy and coaching services are not eligible for refunds after sessions have been completed as the time has been allocated. The hypnotherapist cannot control or force the client to change or do anything they do not want to do. At the end of each hypnotherapy session, the hypnotherapist will ask if the client is satisfied.

If you have however purchased packaged deals and would like a refund before appointment has been set you are allowed to either transfer the package to another persons name or request a refund. You have 24 hours to cancel your appointment, if appointment has not been cancelled in the allowed time you will not be given a credit or refund.
